Lex Financial operates an invitation-only stablecoin wallet and premium Visa card platform for high-net-worth individuals. Our services include stablecoin transfers, institutional-grade savings, currency conversion, and a premium physical Visa card for point-of-sale spending. By submitting an invitation request, you are expressing interest in membership. The invitation request does not constitute a binding agreement for any financial product or service.
3. Eligibility
To submit an invitation request, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your country of residence. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the invitation request process.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your invitation request. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Lex Financial website are the property of Gingham Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Lex or its licensors. Lex Financial is a financial technology company, not a bank or asset custodian. Card products are issued by regulated banking partners pursuant to a license from Visa. Stablecoin wallet services, including transfers, savings, and currency conversion, are subject to terms and conditions and may vary by jurisdiction. All product features, benefits, pricing, and availability described on our website or in our communications are subject to change. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of any specific product or feature.
7. Limitation of Liability
